Cyberjaya, 25 July 2025 — Students from Despark International College (DSIC) were once again invited to participate in the Tesla Apprenticeship Program 2025/2026, held at Tesla Service Center in Cyberjaya. This marks the third time DSIC students have been selected, showing the strong recognition our students receive from top global companies like Tesla.
The Tesla Apprenticeship Program is a key initiative under the Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) Global Leaders Program, jointly launched by the Ministry of Investment, Trade, and Industry (MITI) and Tesla. The program aims to accelerate the development of local technical talent and foster strategic partnerships between global industry leaders and Malaysian higher education institutions.
During the visit, Tesla’s HR and technical teams gave students an inside look into the company’s innovation, future plans, and work culture. Students also toured Tesla’s workshop, took part in a knowledge assessment test, and those who passed were invited for face-to-face interviews with Tesla representatives. The day ended with a test drive experience in Tesla’s EVs.
We were especially proud to see some of our DSIC graduates now working full-time at Tesla Malaysia, proving that our programs truly help students build real careers in the automotive and EV industries.
As one of Tesla’s recognized education partners, DSIC will continue to give students real-world opportunities and strong industry connections for a brighter future.
