Chongqing, China – June 25, 2024 – At the Chongqing YueLai International Convention Center, Despark International College (DSIC), Malaysia’s leading automotive institution, signed a landmark agreement with Guangdong City Technician College to launch the “Belt and Road” Skills-Building-Dreams Action in the field of New Energy Vehicles (NEV). More than 300 representatives from government bodies, educational institutions, and industries attended the launch event, where over 30 agreements were signed — including the collaboration between DSIC and Guangdong City Technician College.
